I can hardly take it anymore. There is so much anger and negativity inside my heart it seems that’s all I attract any more. I’m trying desperately to find my way back to myself but that road seems to go on forever with no end in sight. As far as the eye can see…. All I can ask myself is; “Do I continue walking even if there is no end?”
I don’t know much but one thing I have learned is to rely on God through His word (and Jesus; one in the same)
Proverbs 15:1 A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. So, train my mouth through the thoughts in my head to be gentle rather than harsh.
Ephesians 4:31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. I think rage, anger and the rest come from a bitter heart so get rid of all bitterness and the rest will go away naturally. Getting rid of bitterness requires forgiveness. This is what I must work on reach the next level.
Proverbs 16:32 Whoever is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city. Slow to anger is easy with a forgiving heart.
